I now live and work in Spain (by the coast) but often have the pleasure in working with other real estate agents in rural areas (collaboration is key in Spain with regards to Real Estate. The guys I work with are from these rural villages and have the relationships and trust of the local property owners (now looking to sell their house, land or business)
They need MY clients to help sell their properties. I think, they are able to gain a lot of listings and can have quite a profitable business by working with other agents (like myself) as they are not short of listings and clients (owners).
