i am 13 & had a Halloween party for 3 years straig, we played bobbing for apples, we wraped each othe up in toilet paper to look like mummys, and did a pinate.
yh ..I've recently turned 13 and me and my 10 yr old sis have had various Halloween parties...
Games have included:
appple bobbing/wrapping each other in loo roll (the mummy game)/kings (all make a really gross drink or sandwhich....lay a pack of cards face down...take turns to pick up cards...if you pick up a king take a bite/gulp of the drink/food)/pinata-takes up lots of time...usually over an hour despite my violent 12 yr old foter brother having a good bash at it (lol)/haunted house (decorate an outbuilding/utility room/spare room for some safe trick or treating fun still in your own home)/pass the parcel (with dares aswell as prizes----rope in kids to pick dares)/nightline (follow a rope blindfolded)/treasure hunt/best costume competition/dressing up game (split kids into teams and give each team a box of dress up clothing...then have rounds where the kids have to dress up as , for example, a monster family or a scene from Harry Potter etc...prizes for team that wins most rounds/ passing ballon through legs games, walking with balloon in between legs etc...
hope that's useful....petsrule1918
You could have a scavenger hunt!
Have an adult come up with a list of 20 or so clues based on the Halloween decorations in your neighborhood.
Divide your teens into groups of around 4 and give them a camera (or have them use their phones) to take pictures of the items
The team with the most wins
Or you could do a murder mystery crime scene
Gather a set of 8 or so props in a bag for each team and give them a set amount of time to create a crime scene using all of the objects
Some fun props might include, shoes, lipstick, sunglasses, a picture frame, scissors, a cell phone, etc.
