Yes. I play it myself on a 1545 (older end of the model run) and it plays quite well. I didn't even need to play around with the graphics. The system requirements are relatively low by today's standards, requiring 512 MB of ram. At the low end, 1545's have 2 GB, high end 4 and it is not graphics-intensive. You'll be fine.
