A god did not make Scylla, Circe did.
Scylla wasnt a god, she was either a Princess (daughter of Nisus or Megera) or a sea nymph. The most known myth of Scylla is Scylla and Glaucus where she was turned into a monster by a jealous Circe. But otherwise, there is no real symbol for Scylla.
Odysseus.
Yes, Scylla had enemies, most notably the sea god Glaucus. In Greek mythology, Glaucus fell in love with Scylla, but she rejected him. In his desperation, he sought the help of the sorceress Circe, who, spurned by Glaucus, poisoned Scylla out of jealousy, transforming her into a monstrous creature that terrorized sailors. This act solidified Scylla's enmity with Circe, as well as her tragic fate as a fearsome adversary in the sea.
None at all. Scylla was the daughter of Phorcys, an ancient sea-god.

Dionysus was born a Greek god.
In Greek mythology, Scylla was not killed but rather transformed into a rock by the sorceress Circe. Scylla was turned into a monster with multiple heads and she dwelled in a narrow strait where she attacked passing ships.
Apollo was born a Greek god, son of the Olympian god Zeus and the Titanis Leto.
