If your kitten is old enough to eat solid food place some in front of her every time she goes to suck then hopefully your kitten should eat the food and move on from milk and therefore stop suckling her own nipples. If even when you give her food she continues to suckle or if she is really young and when you give her milk she continues to suckle take her to the vets and see what they can do. I hope i helped.
