Assassin's Creed 1: Al-Mualim - Grand Master of the Assassins - is revealed to be a traitor. He battles Altair using the Apple of Eden. Eventually, Altair wins. When he acquires the Apple, it opens up a display, showing the locations of other Pieces of Eden in the world.
Assassin's Creed 2: Ezio Auditore does battle with Rodrigo Borgia inside the Castal Sant'Angelo, trying to find a way into The Vault. He eventually finds The Vault and banishes Rodrigo. Upon entering The Vault, he finds a moving image of the Goddess Minerva - warning him of a disaster yet to come.
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood: (Ezio's End) Ezio Auditore follows Cesare Borgia to Viana, Spain - and throws him off a ledge, killing him. He then takes the Apple of Eden and hides in beneath the Colosseum in Rome.
(Desmond's End) Desmond discovers a vault under the Colosseum in Rome, and infiltrates it. He grabs the Apple of Eden, but it takes control of him, forcing him to stab Lucy. The voice of the Goddess Juno can be heard saying, "The black cross darkens the horizon. She is not who you think she is."

assassins creed 2 has definatly a larger map but the kill streaks are much better on assassins creed brotherhood but the story line is alot better in assassins creed 2 hope you have fun with assassins creed 2 or brotherhood ;)
The second Assassin's Creed is called Assassin's Creed II.
Assassins Creed Bloodlines is 5 weeks after Assassins Creed 1. This is what happened to Altair before he dies. Assassins Creed 2 is a completely different thing. The main story is the same but the story of the main characters, Altair and Ezio, are very different. Assassins Creed Bloodlines does not have the Animus in it as much as Assassins Creed 1 & 2
