there will be less biodiversity, and if there is less biodiversity, more animals will almost become extinct. If even one animal in the Web of Life is gone, it will affect every other animal and will lead to human kinds extinction.

The grassland in a rain forest is called the rain forest floor. It is the section in which the vegetation and herbivores live. But be careful. There are PLENTY of carnivores down there too.
Forest fires can destroy the whole forest. they can burn down trees kill all animal that do not get out. all vegetation in that forest. basically it could kill the entire forest not counting the animals.

People are clearing vast areas of rain forest for the purposes of logging, single plant agriculture (rubber plantations) and for cattle farms. The removal of the natural vegetation has a dramatic effect on the native wildlife, removing its environment and its food supplies.

Because it is not natural and is usually of only one species. The true, bio-diverse forest was cut down to make space for the plantation. A plantation will not survive into the future without the continued horticultural intervention of man. A forest is a natural, self sustaining ecosystem.
