Why do you have lots of gas all the time despite of the food you eat?
There could be multiple reasons. I would consult a doctor. You could have Celiac or IBS, or you could just be eating the wrong foods together. I have been gluten-free for two years now but if I eat an apple and a banana, I get the worse gas, same if I eat prunes and a banana or any greens and I love veggies.
