I'm not a pharmacologist, but the specific ones you mention would worry me a bit; cyclobenzaprine and nortriptyline are nearly identical chemically, and both of them have an adverse interaction with tramadol (increasing risk of seizures).
Unless specifically prescribed for you, you shouldn't take multiple medications at the same time. If you're routinely taking some kind of maintenance or OTC medication (or, for that matter, any illegal drugs), you should make sure your doctor knows about it so they don't prescribe something that has a bad interaction with the other medications you're using.
The pills stamped with DAN 5658 are a muscle relaxant, cyclobenzaprine (aka Flexeril). It is not controlled and so generally is not be tested for on drug screens.

In some birth control brands, the green pills are active pills and should not be skipped. In other brands, the green pills are placebos (sugar pills or reminder pills) and can be skipped. Talk to your pharmacist or health care provider to get information specific to your brand of birth control pills.
