It is a tough choice, in my opinion at least, but look at their lives so far. Sora was this islander who wished to see outside worlds and ended having the Keyblade, Donald and Goofy in his adventures. Roxas, on the other hand had no life , no purpose until that moment when Sora released his heart. Roxas then got into Organization XIII stayed for about a year, left the Organization and ended up in DIZ's Twilight Town. Roxas's entire life story is still unsure. what with the true idneity of Ven, but until you play 358/2 Days and Birth By Sleep it is a question that you have to decide for yourself.
