the version i read was when they heard the banging on the door they go and open it and theyre son is standing in the doorway all mangled up and tells them that he had died because he fell into the meat grinder whale the man and his wife are laying on the ground disgusted and finally the man wishes his son to be dead once again. then years later they had died and they are in theyre graves and it talks about how they still think that the grave of theyre son must be so messed up nd stuff like that and it tells that it is not even though they think it is.
