Tony Stark throws a party and gets drunk (in the Ironman suit) because he's dying. Colonel Rhodes steps in (in another of the Iron man suits) and a battle goes off. Rhodes ends up taking the suit to give it to Hammer Tech for weapons and Tony Stark gets house arrested by Nick Fury to find a solution to the palladium that's killing him.
