The two shooters, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, were exposed to alot of violence as children. Klebold was a typical underachieving, depressed teen who hated and blamed himself more than he hated or blamed others. Harris was a psychopath who would have eventually, on his own, wreaked havoc on the world he hated and the stupid, worthless people who inhabited it; he enjoyed hating, he enjoyed demeaning, and he enjoyed the idea of inflicting pain and suffering on others. Harris was also an adept liar. His friends and classmates reported that he lied about anything and everything. He enjoyed lying as much as he enjoyed hating and knew that it gave him an advantage. Authorities have gained a lot of insight into these personalities since their deaths because they not only left behind their websites and videos, but also journals chronicling their true feelings.

On the other hand, Martha Stout ("The Sociopath Next Door") and Robert Hare ("Without Conscience") have theorized that one of the boys was a sociopath and the other a delusional follower.

Eric was an angry teen who just wanted to hurt people. He wanted to do something people would remember.

That's what the media wants you to believe.

They were bullied and the school (as usaul) does nothing about it.

That's why it happened.

Not because of Doom, or Natural Born Killers, Nor Marylin Manson. It was provoked by the schools respected football team.

One of the worst school shootings in history took place there. In fact, it was THE worst school shooting until Virginia Tech happened in 2007.

Two boys, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, killed 15 people (including themselves) and wounded 24 people.

It's hard to say why they did it, but we can guess that they were mentally disturbed, bullied to the point of lashing out in hatred, and that they hated humanity. They also say that the reason they did this is because nobody wanted to be there fried because they were weird so they told this friend not to come to school cause they did not want her to die cause they liked her

Answer

The two shooters, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, were constantly bullied at their school being considered outsiders. However, Harris and Klebold wrote much about how they were going to do the shootings but less about why they were going to do it in the first place. They most likely committed the shooting out of anger at those that bullied them.

Answer

That was the original theory of the cause but evaluation of the writing and videos of Klebold and Harris have given a different perspective to the pair and their actions.

The individual personalities of Harris and Klebold meshed that allowed the Columbine tragedy occur. Without a Harris, Klebold was a typical underachieving, depressed teen who hated and blamed himself more than he hated or blamed others. Without Klebold, Harris was a psychopath who would have eventually, on his own, wreaked havoc on the world he hated and the stupid, worthless people who inhabited it; he enjoyed hating, he enjoyed demeaning, and he enjoyed the idea of inflicting pain and suffering on others. Harris was also an adept liar. His friends and classmates reported that he lied about anything and everything. He enjoyed lying as much as he enjoyed hating and knew that it gave him an advantage. Authorities have gained a lot of insight into these personalities since their deaths because they not only left behind their websites and videos, but their journals chronicling their true feelings.
