What happened in the Jenna thing?

Well, the girls saw Tobi trying to peep on them at a sleepover BUT IT'S REALLY JENNA who was watching them because she wanted to be friends with them so when they saw her thinking it was her stepbrother Tobi she ran to Tobi's treehouse, thinking they would chase her. For revenge they stole one of Tobi's prized fire works and thinking it would just scare "him", Ali angled the lit firework at his treehouse window. But only Ali witnessed what happened next. When she was angling the lit firework, she saw Tobi AND Jenna in the treehouse, and TOBI WAS RAPING JENNA. Out of surprise Ali let go of the firework and it hit Jenna in the face, exploded, and set the treehouse on fire.When the paramedics arrived, Tobi tells Ali he saw and he's telling. But Ali says she saw HIM and will tell his parents if he tells. He lies and says he did it. Spencer, confused, asks Ali what she's talking about. Ali tells Spencer about the raping and only Spencer,Ali,and Tobi know about the rape. But later on Jenna never tells on Tobi and they get permission to have a ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP. But all the girls know about the firework, but 2 with 1 dead know about the rape.Jenna was blinded permamently and doesn't remember the rape.
