The North attacked the South. The UN counterattacked and drove the communist aggressors back to the Yalu River (Red Chinese Border). The Red Chinese entered the war and drove the UN back again. The UN fought the "Red's" driving them north again, and to a "stand-off." Ending in a Armistice (Truce) at the 38th Parallel in 1953.
