There was an Ambassador Gold company out of Carmel, Indiana, USA at one time ( late 80s). They sold gold-plated trinkets ( four chains and a set of zipper earrings, usually) for $19.95 US as a rule, though they did dabble with CZ diamonds and also Mop-kins puppets.
The chains entailed:
A Golden Laced Rose
Two changeable chains
A Zipper chain
Zipper Earrings
