Nothing really. He was Firestar's friend and went to RiverClan to save his kits from Tigerstar and witnessed Stonefur be murdered. He helped take his kits and Mistyfoot across the border. Then he killed Darkstripe during the battle. Then he was made deputy after Whitestorm died.

When he came to ThunderClan in Into The Wild he became Firepaw. In the end of Into The Wild, he became a warrior and became Fireheart, along with Graypaw becoming Graystripe, and in The Darkest Hour, he became ThunderClan leader and Firestar.
