First, you should use a broom to sweep away dirt and/or debris from the tiles. Next, rinse the tiles by spraying them with a garden hose. Fill a bucket with water and pour in a TSP based cleaner such as Spic and Span. Dip a coarse brush in the water in the bucket and use it to scrub the tiles. Finally, spray the tiles with the garden hose again to rinse it of the cleaner.
Spray Windex on floor and mop it up with a mop. Or put Spic and Span in mop bucket and mop it up.
