What happened to the old Disney channel?

You see, the Disney's basically don't own Disney Channel anymore. It's a public company now. So pretty much it's run by a bunch of money loving, gold digging bastards who aren't really into it, unlike the original Walt Disney himself. He was so into it, and really cared about the children and about making the children of the world smiling and laughing. One day, he will come back from the grave, and sue those Disney bastards! Funny story actually, I was on vacation, and I saw a man that looked just like Walt Disney!
