I'm not sure what you mean by the 'real' Bible. The current Bibles in use today (eg NIV, NRSV, Good News etc) are translations from the original langiages of Greek ( the New Testament) or Hebrew (the Old Testament). The King James version is a translation fromt the Latin vulgate Bible which itself was a translation from the original languages. Therefore, although translations, these Bibles can be thought of as 'real' as they convey the right meanings and words of scripture in modern language.
If you wish to look at the original languages, Biblegateway.com has an original Greek New Testament, and scripture4all.org has a Greek/English interlinear (ie showing the origin al Greek with the English underneath) New Testament.
