Why has Britney Spears been sentenced to jail?

The only explanation given by the judge who suspended Spear's visitation rights with her two young sons was that visitation was suspended "pending compliance with court orders." Some are saying that Spears did not provide the drug testing company with contact information so they could reach her to hold court-ordered random tests-- she was unreachable by a cell-phone that was specially designated for court-scheduling. Britney Spears is not a well girl noted by many psychiatrists on different programs and wonder why the judge hasn't taken her children away from her until she is willing to face her weaknesses (drugs and partying too much) even after warnings from the judge. Apparently Ms. Spears feels she's above the law. She is very emotionally unstable and needs help so one can only feel very sorry for her. She has lots of money and 'yes people' around her so she never has anyone to shake her by the shoulders and tell her to get help immediately before she loses her children, causes herself permanent health issues and a chance of losing a good career.

At the time her ex-hubby k-fed and her were getting a divorce and they were fighting for custody and k-fed won because at the time (2007) she didn't know how to handle her kids but shes gotten better and has been taking the boys out to dinner when k-fed lets them visit.

Britney Spears was known as a dangerous mom. She lost the custody of her kids because she was known to put soda in baby bottles, she was caught driving with her son in her lap, and her parenting skills were declared very bad. Her ex-husband, Kevin, was fighting for his kids because he thought that Britney was crazy, too.

Britney has started to maintain a better relationship with her kids now, though. She has recently Tweeted lots of pictures of her sons.
