in breaking dawn, Bella falls pregnant but she is still human at the time. she has the baby who is half vampire and half human, Bella falls ill and almost dies and the only way to sve her is if edward(robbert pattingson) turns her into a vampire, which he does of cause. she then becomes a vampire and they both have their little baby boy and then that will be the end of the story.
