you can evolve after (dialga and) palkia join(s) your team. Whe you walk in treasure town you will hear from the two ursaring that something is changed in luminous spring. now you can evolve. after that, you can go after mew, grouden, etc. (but you need the wonder mail).

well heres how i did it: first you get the national pokedex (dont have to) go to the course to spear pillar then to the cave by the one patch of grass get the adament orb and lustrous orb go to spear pillar and the blue crystal is dailga if you dont want dailga just defeat dailga and go back in mt coronet andgo out in the door to go in spear pillar the redish one is palkia.hope i helped
