Let's name your computer "Tank" (probably short for thinktank.) With a stand-alone or workgroup computer, most choices about Tank are made by the person who uses Tank, including the choices about security. When Tank joins a domain, most of those decisions move away from the local user and in to the hands of the domain administrator. The domain administrator gets to decide who can use Tank, during what hours, what software can be installed, what other computers Tank can talk to, and even whether or not Tank will play music or movies.... The Domain Administrator needs this control because they are usually expected to manage a large group of computers and ensure that those computers are available for use when needed. Stopping the user from making changes greatly simplifies the task. The Domain Administrator (and whomever else they choose) also has the ability to override most file security to reach any user's private files. The benefit for the user is that someone else gets to do the heavy lifting, the downside is the loss of personal control.
The domain admins global is added to the coputers local group.

You will need to use Microsoft AD or Samba to create a domain that will authenticate the computer to the domain.
You can log onto a computer with a domain when you are not even near that domain location using a "hide IP" software.
First add Ip Of Server into connection setting and also apply Ip,subnet mask,Gateway For client PC then check the status , Type nslookup in run and Enter it will show server ip and server name Then Right click to My Computer-properties-computername-change-domain-(put domain name eg-:google.com) ok This will ask you server user name and password then restart the PC after rebbot it will go that perticular domain.
Run this command at the command prompt:net user username password /add /domain

Excude it from the domain in your computer settings and after that encryption will disappear.
If your windows XP Professional based PC is connected to a domain, you can not add a user to the domain. This must be done on the server, and added in the active directory. If you just want to add a user ( not on a domain ), then go to START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - USER ACCOUNTS
They log onto the domain and not the actual computer.
