Nothing. Go ahead and kill all gangs, do all races, collect balls to find all the femme fatales and find all the stunt jumps in the game. That will keep you occupied. After all that I'm sure there is something more to do. But by now you should be able to sing along with every song in the game, which means it's time to start playing something else! ;)

Is scarface the game or the godfather the game worse as far as violence language sex etc?
Both are pretty bad, both are rated M. As far as violence, in Scarface when you shoot someone there head, arms, legs, and hands can come off. Also you can cut people up with a chainsaw. In The Godfather, when you shoot someone there is lots of blood but no dismembered body parts, so Scarface is more violent. As far as language, both games say the same things; F**k, Bast**d, B***h, etc., but Scarface says them far more so I guess Scarface is worse. As far as sex, in both there are prostitues, in The Godfather there are whorehouses, in Scarface the women are dressed in smaller clothes, in both you can flirt with the women but you cant have sex in either games, so they are about the same. But there is sexual language when you flirt in Scarface and it is pretty bad (depending on what your definition of bad is). In The Godfather you kill drug dealers, in Scarface, you are one. In Scarface you buy, sell, and use cocain, which was what the movie was about. In The Godfather, you occasionally drink and smoke cigarettes, but no drugs. Overall, the most explicit game is Scarface, but both are pretty bad.
