It depends on the type that it is. An absent seizure is often when someone loosed contact with reality, they will stare off at nothing without blinking, they will be unresponsive to any sound or touch. They will often ask if someone can repeat what they said. Sometimes they will stop breathing. And another type of seizure is when you begin to stare, then your body will lock up, you will be unable to breath correctly or at all, you will begin to shake and sometimes this makes the person sick.
The government usually steps in to acquire a person's assets in the event of a crime. This is referred to as an asset seizure. Government officials will literally confiscate the belongings of the criminal.
It depends what happens be what type of seizure you have. With some you might just turn your head but with others you might fall on the ground.

This is one of the stereotypes of epilepsy. Very few people who have epilepsy ever froth at the mouth during a seizure. During a seizure someone could be opening and closing their mouth and generating but not swallowing saliva and so result in a slight increase in the amount of saliva and some coming out and so an appearance of frothing, but this very rarely happens.
