If you leave the country permanently to escape debt, then you are getting into criminal territories - you are trying to defraud the credit card company. If it becomes a criminal matter, then the US may try to have you extradited back to face charges.
So you'd need to go to a country which has no extradition treaty with the USA. That doesn't leave a lot of first world countries, basically to fully escape the debt, you'd have to flee to a place where you won't even be able to enjoy the benefits of a credit card again.
