First the cop will check who you are based on SS#, DOB and if you have any warrwnts, etc. If everything is fine, he'll write you a ticket and then you have to go to court and show them your actual Driver license. Once you do that, the ticket will be dissmissed.

depends on what happens, if he gets pulled over and he is chased, he is screwed. if he gets pulled over and obeys the police officers orders, he will be charged with driving without a license and maybe stealing a car or something like that. but if you try to run and you dont get away, you're screwed, not because you broke the law, but because the cops who arrest you have to do more work. the more they sweat, the more you have to be punished.
