SILICA GEL is inactive and chemically stable. They are not digested or absorbed in the body. If ingested by mistake, gargle with water and drink water, milk, or tea. In case of contact with the eyes, wash with plenty of tap water without rubbing with hands.

While it is always a good idea to contact a vet when an animal has eaten something they shouldn't, it is unlikely that there will be any ill-effects from the rabbit eating Silica Gel. The reason that Silica Gel is labeled "Do Not Eat" is because it is not food and can pose a choking hazard. Monitor to make sure that the Silica Gel passes through, once it does, all should be fine.
