it doesn't always mean something. I'm 17, so is my girlfriend, and I turn 18 in 3 months. she does too next February. and what's going to happen? nothing. I'll still be with her, and the age won't be different. it only makes a difference if the parents fond a problem with it.
If there are sexual relations going on between these people, they could be charged with statutory rape, but in most states there can be about 2 years between the adult and the minor for it to still be legal. Check your state statutory rape laws.
as long as you arent sexually active, its legal
i think that is true because most girls are not allow to date in these days thats how parents are ( over protective) i know because im a girl
With parents permission.
Then they will date and that's all.
i would wait just a while longer. Maybe her parents don't allow her to date quite yet.
You can date if her parents allow it but the federal age of consent is still the same whether she has a child or not and that is 18 since you are 18+.
Sure, it happens every day. If the girl wants to date you, enjoy.
Georgia does not have laws governing the age of babysitters. If the 11 year old girl's parents allow it, and the parents of the children to be watched allow it, it is legal.
well if u get a girl pregnant(i can't spell pregnant) u have a chance of going to jail if u are under 18 even if u'r parents allow u to have sex.
show them you are mature enough to date a girl tell them you are not 3 years old any more however do NOT date her without telling your parents eventually find out one way or another
A 14 year old girl can date, but I suppose it really is the preference of the girl and in many cases her parents. Have a nice day!
Date? Yes, IF her parents agree to allow it (since she's a minor, her parents have the right to determine who she is and isn't allowed to spend time with). Can they have sexual contact? Not unless he wants to be charged with a felony (Unlawful Sexual Activity).
Absolutely not!
