It means u hav wet the fone, when new there is a white square , when it comes in contact with water it turns red. If you take it to your cellphone provider telling them your fone doesnt work, they will always check if the white mark has turnd red. Most likely They don't give you another one on an insured fone becus they say its ur fault it got wet.
