It all depends on whether the judge thinks the lack of a street name is truly relevant. If you plead innocent and use that as the reason, the judge might just let it go... but on the other hand, the judge might get a bit upset for your wasting his/her time and might just find reason to find you guilty of other stuff too. But it's up to you. Just ask yourself if the officer was justified in giving you the traffic ticket.
