it will probably be fine - chances are slim that the cat is allergic to bee stings. My dog got stung and I gave it benadryl, and later the vet said it was the right thing to do (I calculated the dose based on dog's body weight).

The cat learns to not mess with snakes. The bit is non-toxic, in general.

Same as if bitten by a human. Though I recommend taking any animal that is bitten by a snake to the vet as said animal may not be able to convey to you that it's having problems.
