I've hered If you go to the game desiner he will give you somthing, on Sapphire if you get all the honan Pokemon and go to prefesor oke you can get another starter Pokemon (202 Pokemon or 200) in honan ,on dimand and perl after getting all 493 Pokemon you get an up-Grade (But you proberly have that oredy)you can get a poster or both(I don't no much about dimand and pearl I think these are rumers so just bare with me ok

∙ 16y agoYou get a Pokemon Diploma. I know, whoopee. To be honest, I think you should get a Master Ball for catching all 400+ Pokemon instead of getting some crummy Diploma. After all, catching all 400+ Pokemon is nearing the impossible these days.

∙ 13y agoIn the Japanese versions, the people in the Game Freak building (Celedon) will give you a Mew. In the North American versions, the people in the GF Building will give you a certificate that has no value.

∙ 11y agoIf you manage to catch all 151 Pokemon, you have to go to the Pokemon game designer team in celadon city. there you can get yourself the Pokemon diploma.
Basically, the pokemon diploma has no use in the game at all.
