What happens if you cheat too much on Grand Theft Auto 3?

Nothing happens. You are able to continue playing it using your saved files just like you would have been doing if you had not cheated. Bear in mind though that there are certain cheats that are hard to get rid off such as the pedestrian aggressiveness toward you. A tip is to save the game before entering these type of cheats. The normal weapons and armor and health cheats are all good to use over and over again.
