You will either lose your job or be suspended until you can pass a drug test, unless there is a medical excuse for failing, i.e. perscriptions, doctor visits, etc. Where you will then have to show prove.
The drug testing at O'Reilly is not done for pre-employment. However, anyone who has to drive a vehicle (delivery drivers, truck drivers, managers, outside sales people, etc) do have to take a drug test (not sure what type) as "part of DOT regulations". If you do not drive for the company, there is not a drug test.
nothing good The police consider it the same as a dui with a drug charge as well.
idk i dont do drugs go ask someone who has done drugs!
asolutely not the drug is an over the counter prescription and as long as you are prescribed them you will be fine but make sure you are not on probation or anything so that you dont fail a drug test.
Most of the truck companies around the world have obvious reasons to drug test and I think they all do.
This is going to be a rather long-winded answer. You may not drive if you are not capable of passing a drug test. So...whatever drug you did, however long it takes to clear from your system is how long you can't drive. That's the official Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration answer. The real answer depends on two things: whose truck you drive and who you're working for. If you are an independent driver--that is, you own the truck and get your own loads--you can go back on the road as soon as you're back in service. If you're a company driver (someone else owns the truck and you drive as an employee) or a contract driver (it's your truck but you drive under contract to a trucking company) you have a problem: you're going to be fired for peeing hot, you're required to list your employment history for the last 10 years to get a new job, and you must give permission to the other companies for release of drug testing records. And no trucking company will hire you if you were terminated for failing a drug test. The contract drivers can start working for themselves after getting their authority and a trailer, but company drivers need to look for a job in a different industry.
Truck Drivers
If an over the counter drug might affect your ability to drive it will

Depends on the drug.
