Hire a criminal lawyer immediately! Especially one who practices law in the county where the crime was committed. There is a good chance that a savvy attorney who knows every judge and every courtroom worker can get you back into the program. It's gonna cost ya though, but what would you rather do? Spend six months in jail and end up with a felony record? Or spend another six months in rehab or drying out in the comfort of your own bed?

∙ 11y agoDONT worrie about it, the only thing they will do is put you on probation. I am 12 years old and i got put on diversion for stealing from walmart, and i smoke weed. Today my p.o. called and asked me to go to the t.a.c.s drug testing center. I called her freaking out cause i was afraid that i was gonna end up in jdc. She told me the only thing they will do is put me on probation, and probation is not that bad, its pretty much the same thing except on diversion when you complete the program you get your recored cleared, but on probation you don't. Its really not that big of a deal, trust me it will be okay. Just don't worrie about it. Lol. The ONLY way you will end up in jdc is if you KEEP failing your drug tests. If you know you are gonna get drug tested then just don't keep getting high, its not worth it. That's the dumbest thing you can EVER do, just don't do it. Good luck!(:
