You need to change the oil before driving the car. The Wiper fluid will dilute the oil causing it to foam up and not lubricate the engine.
You remove the speedo cable and drive and fill up the oil through the hole then refit the cable. It is held in bt a 9mm bolt and a plate.
Go to your local car store and look in the section where they have oil filters. They should have a book where you can look up your car model and match it with the type of oil filter you should put on your car. If they do not have a book in the open for customers to look up themselves, just locate the nearest employee and ask them for help.
The D100 probably has the 3 speed standard transmission. If so, it doesn't use gear oil in the transmission. It uses Dextron II or III. The fill plug is found on the side of the transmission about half way up.
Drain off the excess oil and top up to the correct mark.
If you car does not normally use any oil there is no need to check the oil level at every fill up. Checking it once a month will suffice. However if your car burns or leaks oil checking it at every fill up may be a good idea. Reason being you do not want to run an engine that is low of oil and take a chance on doing damage to the engine from low oil pressure.

All modern vehicles don't have an oil fill under the bonnet. It is under the car and can only be accessed when it has been jacked-up

You can go to a place like Jiffy Lube to get your oil changed. Or you can do it yourself. To do it yourself, first warm up the car to make the oil warm. Then take out the plug and filter. Drain the oil. Fill it up with new oil. And lastly, screw the cap back on.
Someone could of thrown oil on it other wise your oil is filled up above the fill line and oil is running it parts of your engine it shouldn't check your spark plugs is the easiest way to tell if your oil is over the fill line

If you're talking about a car, then yes, depending on the type of car. Some cars can use used restaurant oil, and some can't. If you are talking about your stomach, then it is not recommended, but theoretically you could.
