Just like anyone else who might get a ticket while in the performance of their job - either pay it or go to court and contest it. Repossession agents are not immune from traffic tickets if they violate a traffic law.
Traffic school or not you will still have to pay for the ticket. The reason people want to do traffic school it removes the ticket from the driving record. The cost of tickets vary depending on where you live and if it was a city or state officer that gave you the ticket. On the back of the ticket is usually instructions on what to do, so follow those instructions. Reasonably you should expect to pay a couple of hundred after the cost of the ticket and traffic school. If your state allows it you may be able to do traffic school on line from a list of schools they have approved.
i live in woodland hills, was doing 43 in a 30 and my ticket without traffic school is 220!!
depends weather you are doing it cause of a crash or just for fun, if just for fun yeah you would get obstructed a ticket, but if your doing because of a crash and if it needs it then my personal opinion would be no but that's depends
i just got this same ticket the other day. i am 18 and need to know how this will affect my insurance. i was going 81 in a 65 but all the traffic around me was going the EXACT same speed, if not faster. i still don't understand how i got the ticket, but i did so i have to deal with it. how much will my insurance increase? would it be worth it to take it to court or to just pay the ticket and take traffic school? could i be denied traffic school because i was 16 over?
California has strict traffic laws when it comes to speeding. When caught doing 107 in a 65 mph zone, the price of the ticket is ten dollars per mile over the speed limit. This does not include the points off of the drivers license, nor the raise in the cost of insurance.
It depends on what County and state you get a ticket in. And traffic school prices range from $5-$30 depending on the state.
Pay your ticket and stop doing that.

$208 I was given a ticket for going 80mph in a 70mph zone. The ticket cost $127 + traffic school.

When doing a repossession in Texas can you block their car in?Check with the local police departments. You probably can, as long as the car is NOT parked on private property.
Call the phone number on the traffic citation. Ticket fines vary from one county to another, and from city to city. There is no "standard rate" that applies over the entire state.

Unless you are personally served with the ticket by a process server, a complaint (here in the form of a traffic ticket) mailed to you is not proper service. You can ignore the ticket, unless a process server letter serves you with it (in which case you are then obligated to appear at the specified date & time). * There is no need to be "officially served" citation for a traffic violation, nor will it happen. The citation may or may not be sent by certified mail, irregardless it is a valid ticket and should be handled according to the enclosed directions. Fines for traffic violations are set by state law. Therefore, without knowing the state in which the incident occurred there can be no specific answer. Contacting the clerk of the traffic court in the city or county where the ticket is issued will obtain specific information.
According to the Georgia DMV website:Georgia traffic ticket fines vary by violation and by court. Your ticket should have the fine printed on it; if it doesn't, contact your court. So look on your ticket. If you don't have a ticket, why do you care? Is it something you're planning on doing and you want to know ahead of time how much it will cost? That's a very ... responsible ... approach to intentional lawbreaking.
