If you eat too many carbs, you will gain fat. Belly fat, hip fat, thigh fat, depends on how active you are and what kinds of "carbs" you eat.

The more you train hard, lift weights, and do cardio, the more you can eat. But the best carbs to eat are fruits and vegetables, and small amounts of whole grains, like brown rice, ezekiel breads, and sweet potatoes, yams.
