It depends on which bone, if the bone is malformed and not actually missing then it may cause deformity in that part of the body. If the bone has been removed, I know that it is very common for the pinky toe bone to be removed if broken too severally, then the person will not be able to move that limb or part of the body but if the area is small it may not appear physically different.

What bone helps support the legs?

It depends on which bone you are referring to. The one in the top of the leg is the femur, which extends from the hips to the kneecap. This happens to be the longest and largest bone in the body. From the kneecap to the ankle you have two bones, the outer and smaller one of which is called the fibula. The inner larger bone in the lower leg is the tibia. The tibia is the bone commonly referred to as the shin bone.

What is different between fracture and sprains?

There s a very distinct difference between these two medical terms a fracture happens to do with the bones alignment with another bone and a sprang had to do with the bone and the body like a leg has not many bones to it probably the least in the body is when it jolts a direction that means it will not hit another bone causing a sprang and a fracture is like a broken bone but can be worse a fracture is meaning that you break a whole set of bones because one bone of your body was out of line I hope that answers your question
