Immediately after her period, no egg has yet ovulated so it's kinda safe to say that pregnancy will not take place. However, if you had contact at least 5 days before her ovulation and the sperm manages to survive (usually the viability period is 5 days) and fertilize her egg then you got yourself a pregnant lady.
