take out the replay when the Nintendo DS is turned off and blow in the game cartridge then put it in turn the Nintendo DS on and don't push the action replay in again while the Nintendo DSis on.
oh it happend to me alot and i fixed it every time it happend, and now ill tell you guys how to fix it! first start up the ds but wait! before it shows Nintendo ds on the screen, press and hold start + select. then once the Nintendo ds screen fades away, and before it says this product is not licenced or edorised by Nintendo, press and hold A + B while your still holding start + select (so you will be holding start + select + A + B). after that the screen fades away and it takes more time to load as usual (the screen will be white for 10 secs) and then you can add codes again!

either get a new one or if it is not accepting codes reset it 1) With the console powered off, hold A+B. 2) Power up the console while still holding A+B. 3) As soon as the Nintendo screen is displayed, before our screen stating this product is not endorsed by Nintendo, press and hold Start and Select while keeping hold of A+B. 4) Continue to hold these buttons until the Main Action Replay screen is displayed, then release. Your product is reset, and will accept codes once more.
