Not much if you miss one dose, but 2 doses or more and you will notice physiological and psychologial changes.
Nothing - you may feel a little nauseous, but you should be fine.
A decrease in fertility was seen in one of two rat studies at a dose of 80 mg/kg (4 times the maximum recommended human dose on a mg/m2 basis). No human reports available on the effects of Zoloft on fertility.

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it's close to your next scheduled dose, skip the dose and don't take extra medication to make up for your missed dose.
Nothing happens. It's quite common to skip one once a awhile especially if you are young.

Wellbutrin (bupropion, Zyban) lowers your seizure threshold, and it's seizure-inducing effects are dose dependent. It can cause a seizure which can cause permanent brain damage or death. The time-release forms contain several times the dose of the non-time release form. They especially should not be chewed or crushed.
