Iam no doctor, but i reckon if u take 360mg u will be fine. U will feel thee full effects after 4 hours and it will peak after 12 hours providing the tablet was stronger than a 30mg one, as the rest are slow releasing tablets. I have been addicted to them 4 2 years and am currently going cold turkey(nightmare). I would advise if u took it for recreational use to think again, the leg cramps are torture for me espcially.
