Usual starting dose is 30 mg. 60 mg might also be used as the starting dose.
That is ridiculously high, I have never heard of anyone being prescribed more than 60 mg per day. Take it all and let us know what happens

Answer: The most mg that are in a pill, is 30 mg. but, for severe cases, they will advise you to take much more. I had a friend that was on 170 mg, prescribed by her doctor, not a personal choice!
