It does help with servere pain, for example..osteoarthuritis,degenarating bone maroe in your spine! Its also will become another problem, addiction. Then comes the question, wgat if this combination if drug reallt helps with the pain? Is it worth it?... Angela Gilliam

No. I am the same way. If I take a Vicodin I feel really sped up, jittery and itchy. Percocet on the other hand makes me very very sleepy.
What if you take Vicodin when you run out of percocet?
If you take that in place of your percocet,and you have to take a urine test, you will show up with "Hydrocodone" in your system rather than "Oxycodone"....or both depending on how long its been since you took percocet. That might not set well with your doctor. Hope this helps.
