A girl called mitsuki is going to die in one year and she is visted by shinigamis Takuto and Meroko. She wants to become a singer but she has cancer in her throut making her not able to sing. Meroko and Takuto, but mostly Takuto, help her to fullfill her dream because she made a promise to Eichi, a fellow orphan in the orphanage with her. She loves him, but she can't tell him, so she promises herself she will find him. She follows her dream becomes a singer named Full Moon and goes to America to find Eichi and find a Doctor Who can cure her throut without harming her vocal cords. She goes to find Eichi and finds a terrible truth, and Takuto falls in love with her.
