Umar was who commanded performing taraweeh which is a Mustahab prayer in Jamaat and said this is a good bidat. later when Imam Ali a.s. became Caliph banned it.about Wajib prayers in specific situations a woman can lead the prayer. for exmple when there is no man for leading.
