in iSaved your life, Freddie pushes Carly out of the way of a truck and breaks his leg and arm. Carly falls in love with him, but not actually with him- with what he did. Freddie ends up saying that they shouldn't date until he's recovered. that way, he can tell if Carly actually likes him.

Carly almost gets hit by a Taco truck but Freddie jumped in front and saved her, getting hit by the truck in the process, injuring him. Carly having learned of this becomes infatuated with her friend. Her and Spencer go to his apartment with flowers, which his mother soaks in bleach and pounds with a mallet. Around the same time, Freddie slips in the shower, and Carly helps him, kissing him soon after. They become an "item", but Freddie soon ends it, feeling that Carl loves him for the wrong reasons. The end :)
